I currently don’t take returns, as most of my items are made to order, so there is a material cost.

For any product that is made to order, you will see a creation time in the listing. This is the amount of time I have given myself to create your order, keeping in mind all my other responsibilities.

Currently, I can only offer USPS standard shipping. When I ship your order I will send you the tracking number so you can check on the status, but the amount of time it takes is out of my control. I recommend giving yourself a couple weeks past your order completion for your potential shipping date.

Currently I can only ship to the United States, including Hawai’i and Alaska. I hope to expand one day, but for now this is what I can do.

I take pride in the amount of effort I put into my products to make them reasonably durable to their uses.
I include a care sheet with every order, if these instructions are not followed I cannot guarantee the safety of your product.
Should something happen to your product, please contact me. There are plenty of small things that could look like problems, but will not cause any issue. I will handle possible replacement or repair on a case by case basis.
